Thanks to the burnout, I started my own self-discovery journey trying to overcome my anxiety and depression. A good friend of mine had recommended journaling or bullet journaling as a form of relief, but I'm often too tired to write in full sentences. This journal offers all what I was looking because it includes everything I want to track daily and I don't have to write a ton or create bullet journal layouts myself. It brings easy to follow self-inventory worksheets and great ideas for self-care.
